Chef Ken Davis is an Arizona native with family dating back to the original settlers in Northern Arizona. His love for over fire cooking started as a child growing up on his families cattle ranch cooking meals over the camp fire in the evening. His mother, professional artist Rita Davis also shared her love of cooking and creating amazing meals for her family.
An Army Combat Veteran he enjoys serving his local community. After the Army he fought fires as a Hotshot for the U.S. Forest Service. Returning to his love of cooking in 2012 he perfected Arizona style BBQ mixing central Texas style techniques with Arizona spices and flavors.
Heather Davis is also an Arizona native born and raised in Prescott Arizona. With a combined 17 years experience in the Hospitality and Food and beverage industry she thrives on making a perfect experience for customers.
Growing up cooking in the kitchen with her Grandmother Lee, she adapted an early on love for sharing meals with family and friends. "It was her way and letting someone know she cared" (Heather Davis).
